In consideration of our guests and service providers, Finesse Salon Spa requires 48-hour notice by phone for cancellations or rescheduling. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a 50% service charge.

Guests with a previous no-show will be asked to leave a 100% deposit at booking, which is nonrefundable if the policy is not followed. Please arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. We send reminders by text, phone, or email; however, it remains the guest’s responsibility to remember their reservation. We truly understand that life happens and will always handle genuine emergencies with care.
